​Bayside Water and Wastewater Improvements 
Panama City Beach, Florida (Construction in Progress​)

The purpose of the Bayside water and wastewater project was to replace the entire subdivision water distribution and sewer collection system. This project consisted of the installation of approximately 10,815 linear feet of 10-inch PVC water main, 21 fire hydrants, 328 new 1-inch service lines, 9,115 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer main, 44 gravity sewer manholes, 295 new 4-inch sewer laterals, 40 linear feet of 2” force main, 1,360 linear feet of 4” force main, 1,405 linear feet of 6” force main, and 2 wastewater pump stations and all appurtenances. The Anchor team was responsible for EEO/Compliance, inspection and construction administration for the Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) portion of the project.​

St. Augustine Road Resurfacing CEI
Jefferson County, FL



This project consisted of resurfacing St. Augustine Road in Jefferson County. The existing asphalt road was approximately 2.23 miles in length and, in addition to the resurfacing, also included minor drainage work and new striping. The ACEI team assisted with construction administration and inspection services throughout the construction duration.

Shadeville Road Resurfacing CEI
Wakulla County, FL

​This project consisted of resurfacing Shadeville Road in Wakulla County along with drainage improvements, signage and striping. The total project length was 6.27 miles. The ACEI team assisted with construction administration and inspection services throughout the construction duration.

Sports Fields and Stadium Complex at Breakfast Point
Panama City Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau

The ACEI team serves as the Owner's Representative (Project Manager) for the Sports Fields and Stadium Complex that will be constructed in Panama City Beach.  Once completed, the 60 acre park will house 9 fully synthetic multi-purpose fields and 4 natural turf fields, as well as several site amenities, and concession building.  ACEI serves as staff extension to the Panama City Beach TDC  and assists with design oversight, permitting, funding assistance, contract administration, bidding/procurement, value engineering, and construction oversight. Project construction is expected to begin in the Fall of 2017.

CR 2300 Roadway Drainage Improvements
Bay County, Florida (2016 - Present)

This project includes the installation of roadway improvements providing drainage and roadway stabilization. Significant project challenges include multiple highly essential County communication lines, temporary roadway construction through wetlands and a limited construction timeframe.  Anchor CEI, Inc. will monitor the Contractor's adherence to state and federal regulations pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunities and Minimum Wage Rate criteria. ​

Compass Lake Roadway Drainage Improvements
Jackson County, Florida (2015/2016)



This project included a series of roadway improvements that provided drainage and erosion control for the Compass Lake area and along Seminole Drive near Mariana, Florida.  The project was funded by the State and was adjacent to significant wetland resources.  Anchor CEI, Inc. provided the Construction Engineering and Inspection services for this project.

Walter Potts Road
Calhoun County, Florida (2015/2016)

Anchor CEI, Inc. provided Construction Engineering and Inspection services for this project which included the replacement of 6 existing 57” x 83” elliptical corrugated metal pipes.  The corrugated metal pipes were replaced with three 12’ x 7’ concrete cast in place, box culverts, The project also included roadway improvements, concrete headwalls and associated paving and stabilization.

Oklahoma Street Reclamation CEI Project
Bonifay, Florida (2017)

Anchor CEI, Inc. provided Construction Engineering and Inspection services for this project consisting of the reclamation and resurfacing of Oklahoma Street in Bonifay, FL.  The total project length was approximately 5,200linear feet.  The ACEI team assisted with construction administration and inspection services throughout the construction duration.

Lisenby Avenue Sidewalks and Box Culvert CEI Project

Anchor CEI, Inc. provided Construction Engineering and Inspection services for This project consisted of the construction of new sidewalks and a box culvert on Lisenby Ave in Panama City, FL.  The total project length was approximately 2,640linear feet.  The ACEI team assisted with construction administration and inspection services throughout the construction duration.
